Meet the Team:
We currently have 5 LPC Interns on staff to choose from. After graduating with a Master's Degree in Counseling the State of Texas requires each LPC Intern to complete a 3,000 hour residency. During this training period an LPC Intern is a great resource to the public because they often charge significantly reduced fees for counseling services, allowing each client to get services faster and more often. While our practice does not accept insurance; however, our self-pay rates are affordable and we will provide you with a superbill/receipt that you can submit to your insurance for review.

Shayla Rumsey, BSN, LPC Intern; Kiersta Garcia, LPC Intern; Christine Nickerson, LPC Intern; Lauren Taff, LPC Intern; and Kaymarie Henley-Nutt, LPC Intern are available to see clients. Please click each image to learn more about services. All LPC Interns are required by the State of Texas to be supervised by a Board approved Supervisor in the Counseling field. Generally, LPC Interns can be a more affordable option when choosing a Counselor. Our office accepts cash, credit cards, and health savings account/flex savings. We will provide a superbill as a receipt upon request. You may choose to submit it to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
